The place has great investment, with venting system on the side of the grill, so smoke does not rise up. No heat no smell no oil at all. Attentive and responsive service. As soon as I stepped inside, the massive meat fridge immediately caught my eye, and the atmosphere felt both modern and authentically Korean. We ordered the beef platter for two and my favorite uni noodles, and both were absolutely delicious! The second-floor dining area had a great ambiance, with stylish details that made the experience even more enjoyable. The wagyu sushi melted in my mouth, and every cut on the BBQ platter was top quality. The boneless short rib and marinated short rib were especially flavorful, and the American wagyu hanger and flatiron had that perfect balance of tenderness and smokiness. We also tried the marinated raw crab (ganjang gejang)—super fresh, sweet, and briny in the best way. It’s not something I usually go for but I’d come back just for that. Even the drinks surprised me—their whiskey highball was crisp, refreshing, and paired really well with the meal. Prices are on the higher side, but honestly worth it for the quality and experience.
